How do I receive my puja video? +
After each puja, the purohit uploads the video to Google Drive. Within 2โ€“4 hours, you'll receive an email with the video link. The video is yours to keep and watch anytime.
Can I change my temple after subscribing? +
Yes! You can change your temple once per billing cycle. Simply email us or use the customer portal. Changes take effect from the next month.
What type of puja is performed? +
Our purohits perform Satyanarayan Puja, Abhishek, Aarti, or the temple's primary daily puja โ€” based on what's most auspicious at that temple. Your name and gotra are specifically mentioned during the sankalp (holy intent-setting).
Is โ‚น200 charged every month automatically? +
Yes, โ‚น200 is automatically charged on the same date every month via Razorpay. You'll get a payment receipt by email. If payment fails, we'll notify you and pause your subscription temporarily.
What if a puja is missed due to temple closure? +
If a temple is closed on your scheduled date (holidays, special events), we reschedule the puja to the nearest available date and notify you in advance.
How do I cancel my subscription? +
You can cancel anytime by emailing us at [email protected] or via the cancellation link in any of our emails. Your subscription will end at the current month's close with no further charges.
